For the admission, I gave the GRE exam and TOEFL. I have written a Statement of Purpose and have taken letters of Recommendations from three of the professors who were my mentors and educational advisor during my undergraduate.

Course Curriculum :

There are total of 30 credits. Each subject is of three credits. We have to complete four mandatory core courses and six electives that can be chosen from variety of colleges. Faculty-student is ratio is well maintained. Do not know the specifics.

Placement :

Employers - In all the IT companies Syracuse University alumni are there. This is a very reputed university. The median Package is $110000 per year. Tips to go about job hunting. From day one start applying offline through Linkedin.

Internship :

There are a lot of on-campus jobs are available. From food services to campus clerks. Pay is pretty much good and enough to manage monthly expenses including rent. Internships are competitive and the only advice is students should start applying to a lot of companies and as early as possible.

Fees :

Fees payment is all through the education loan that was sanctioned in India. All the fundings are from nationalized bank in India. Other academic expenses are covered by working on-campus jobs which will be enough to manage day-to-day expenses.

Scholarship :

Scholarships are based on merit. The merit includes papers that we have published, our undergraduate scores, and projects that we have done during and after undergraduation. Work experience also impacts and most importantly how one presents all these things.

Campus Life :

Campus life is amazing. All the facilities including the library and sports facilities and the gym. Everything is amazing. There are a lot of fellowmen. The infrastructure is too good and up to date. Syracuse SASA and Orange After the dark - Clubs.

Hostel :

Type of Accomodation opted - Off-campus. There are plenty of options available. Criteria for shortlisting - THere are no specific criteria. Usually, all the off-campus accommodations are near to the campus.
