Apart from an excellent academic track record and advanced labs. I wanted to work with a professor there. The professors are very supportive but at the same time will push you to test your limits

My courses were according to the industry standards and directly applicable.
Exams :
GRE: 306, Quant: 157, Verbal: 149, AWA: 2.5 ,IELTS: 7.5. I had to give only 2 exams
Placement :
That highly depends on your field and calibre. There is no on campus placement. But we have many companies coming for virtual sessions such as Lockheed Martin

Faculty :
Student to faculty ratio depends on the class. It can be 9:1 or 20:1 depending on the subject. Apart from that, the office hours are very helpful for the difficulty you are facing in the class.
Campus Life :
There are various clubs that you be part or lead. You name it and you might have club for it. We have. Cheese club, dancing, singing, astronomy and everything in between.
Hostel :
I use to rent apartment. It’s cheaper. I negotiated properly you can get a room for 300$ or so. There are lot of on campus associations to help with that.
