My sister-in-law is an alumni and has always told me good things about it. I was unsure in what I wanted to do coming out of high school and knew I wanted a liberal arts school, which Wellesley does excellently. It is a great (and non-research focused, which I wanted) school close to a major city, which was a big plus. It also provided generous financial aid.
Course Curriculum :
There's a lot of distribution requirements to fulfill but it's worth it for the broad liberal arts experience. During my two years here I've taken classes in 10 departments and have learned so much and gained a lot of insight.
Fees :
Not sure exactly what "fees structure" means, but Wellesley is quite expensive in tuition and room and board. Worth mentioning is that the housing and meal plan is combined, meaning you have to be on the meal plan if you live on campus.
Examination Structure :
Midterms throughout the semester and final exams during the last week of school. Final exams are self-scheduled, which means students can take their exam during designated time slots without any supervisor present in the classroom.
Faculty :
Very good. All my professors are friendly and approachable and most of them very knowledgeable. Have not had luck with my professors within the STEM departments and have found them unorganized and not for me. All my professors within the social sciences and humanities have been excellent, however.
