Grace Review at California State University [CSUSB], San Bernardino | Collegedunia

SoCal univeristy

7.8 /10

I decided to pick this particular university mainly due to the fact that it was way more affordable compared to other southern California colleges. Also, it allowed me to stay locally and not have to spend much money on living expenses.

Course Curriculum :

The course curriculum at this particular college is fairly easy to adjust to, given that students are flexible and quick learners. A lot of the materials and content are easily adapted by students at their own pace and convenience.

Exams :

I only had to take the SAT prior to being accepted into this college. I believe I remember my score was about 1560 or something.

Placement :

Maybe job opportunities are available for all students. There is a mobile and online application available that lists many job postings and provides a way for students to easily apply to each job. This also opens doors for connections.

Internship :

Yes, this college provides multiple opportunities for internships. Each internship is different and may vary depending on the major or concentration. From what I know, there?s a $1000 or $2000 stipend for every 100 hours completed.

Events :

The events celebrated at this college are generally welcoming and super diverse. It opens up opportunities for connections to be made and usually meets with the multiple cultures that represent the students at this university.

Fees :

This university is fairly cheap compared to other California universities. Tuition is around $2000 per quarter and may range depending on the classes being taken.

Scholarship :

I have mainly received loans that I may or may not have accepted. Otherwise, the only grants I've received have been through the government

Examination Structure :

Exams are easily constructed and often vary depending on the professor or faculty member. Big lecture classes are pretty good at keeping people from cheating as the professor will usually have an additional assistant present for accountability.

Faculty :

The faculty is overall very welcoming and supportive. There is a lot of on-campus support provided by the staff and faculty in making sure each student reaches their academic goals.

Hostel :

This university is well known in Southern California as a widely commuter school. This means a lot of people live locally or driving distance away in which dorm is really for students who live far away
