Alliant International University is a private university formed by the merging of California School of Professional Psychology and United States International Universities in 2001. It has six campuses across California. The university offers various undergraduate and graduate degree and certificate programs as well as doctoral degrees through 5 schools.

Alliant International University Admission Deadlines

The university accepts applications throughout the year. The international students are advised to apply 2-3 months before the commencement of the course. Some of the programs have a deadline.

The deadline for Clinical Psychology is December 15th.
The deadlines for Couple and Family Therapy is January 15th.

Though the application process is the same for the international and therefore the native applicants, the international students need to meet a couple of more requirements and submit some documents

A certified record of secondary or high school, college, and university records, along with a notarized translation and grading scale if they are not in English.
Copy of the high school, college, and university diploma(s) must be provided upon graduation.
The application fee is $65.
Official Test Scores: TOEFL/PTE/IELTS scores are required for students whose first language is other than English.
Two letters of recommendation or advice from teachers or school officials. A photocopy of your passport page with your photo and name displayed.
The students applying for undergraduate courses must have a minimum GPA of 2.0.
The university also accepts 3-year degrees similar to the 4-year degrees of the US if the student meets the specific requirements.

Visa Process for International Applicants

The candidate will be issued an I-20 form from the university which certifies that he/she is eligible for the F1 visa
