The campus of Avila University covers 50 acres of land in a suburban setting in Kansas City. As per reviews on the Avila University, it includes all the facilities important for the academic as well as personal development of its students.

• The centre of the campus features the Marian Center Dining Hall, the Beak and Bean coffee shop, and the Quad.
• Goppert Performing Arts Center is the most recent addition to the university’s campus which is home to the School of Performing Arts.
• A number of events are organized throughout the year including Kickoff, Eagles Madness, Homecoming, Harmony Month, Ignite the Flame, Spring Fling, etc.
• The campus is conveniently located within 15 minutes from The Country Club Pizza, Longview Lake, Red Bridge Shopping Center, Truman Sports Complex and various biking and hiking trails.

Avila University Accommodations

There are 4 residence halls on the campus of Avila University namely Carondelet Hall, Ridgway Hall, Glenna Wylie Hall, and Jeanne Collins Thompson Hall. Over 61% of the first-year students live on campus.

• Carondelet Hall and Ridgway Hall are traditional-style residence halls offering double and triple bedrooms.
• Carondelet Hall is well-connected to the Hodes Center on campus which includes Counseling and Career Services, Student Access Services, Student Support, etc.
• Ridgway Hall is close to the Dallas Center that houses art classes, offices, and Thornhill Art Gallery.
• The Glenna Wylie Hall is a suite-style accommodation with four, five, and six-bedroom suites. It offers facilities such as a private bedroom with shared bathroom and living space, study area, TV lounge, common area with microwave, refrigerator, laundry facilities, etc.
• The Jeanne Collins Thompson Hall is also a suite-style accommodation with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a common area with a kitchen.
• Each room in residence halls comprises basic furniture such as a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Other common facilities include cable TV service, TV lounge, internet access, free laundry, equipped kitchen, secured entry system, etc.
• There are two meal plans for students living on campus: a 19-week meal plan costing 4,016 USD per year and a 14-week meal plan costing 3,690 USD per year.
