The M.A.T. Program begins on the first day of Ithaca College's first full summer session in late May with a Program Orientation designed to provide an overview of the program's goals and structure, an introduction to the work of the summer session, and the opportunity to engage with fellow learners in the cohort.

Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by a NACES accredited agency
- Applicants with accounting background need no preparatory coursework
- Submit two letter of recommendation
- Submit an essay
- Submit a writing sample
- Complete a faculty interview
- Submit English language proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 80 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.0
