IIIT Naya Raipur M.Tech admission 2023 is based on GATE scores followed by CCMT counselling. GATE 2023 registrations started on August 30 and will continue till September 30, 2022. IIIT Naya Raipur MTech Eligibility Criteria

• The admission of candidates will be solely based on the GATE merit list.
• Candidates applying for admissions in Computer Science and Engineering are required to have a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks or first qualifying degree along Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent in an appropriate area OR M.tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) or Graduates (AMIETE) from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science & Engineering or MCA from a recognized Institution and a valid GATE score in CS OR M.tech (Mathematics/Mathematics & Computing/Statistics) from a recognized Institution, with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks or First Class in the qualifying degree, and a valid GATE score in MA.
• Candidates applying for admissions in Electronics and Communications Engineering are required to have a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks or first qualifying degree along Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and communication Engineering or Equivalent OR M.tech(Electronics) or Graduates (AMIETE) from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, and a valid GATE score in EC.
• Selection of candidates whose results are still pending in the qualifying examination are yet to be declared would be on provisional basis, subject to the condition that all the pending parts of the examinations from the candidate’s end must be completed before the date of joining the institute. 
• A relaxation of 5% marks or 0.5 CPI will be provided to the SC/ST/PWD applicants.

IIIT Naya Raipur MTech Admission Guidelines:

Candidates seeking admission in the M.Tech programme have to apply through online mode by visiting the official website of the institute.

• First of all, candidates need to register themselves on the college’s official website and enter your login details.
• After registering, login again with the new credentials and add personal details.
• Upload the essential scanned documents while filling the application form.
• Pay the prescribed application fees: For SC/ST/PWD Category- INR 300 and for other categories INR 500.
• After the successful submission of the application form, candidates will receive an application number along with a link to download the form.
• Candidates are advised to save their application forms since they will be required to present a hard copy of the same at the time of admission.

• Qualifying degree/transcript/course completion /provisional certificate/Pass certificate
• Valid GATE Score Card
