I am joining IIIT Ranchi (CSE). Is it a good decision?

IIIT Ranchi is a sort of independent now, and the institute has developed a fantastic coding culture. From open source to competitive coding, the environment is one of the best in Jharkhand, despite the fact that Jharkhand lacks many top-tier institutes. The institute is very flexible in terms of how education should be delivered.
You can hone your coding skills and find a good job here. Even during the pandemic, a student received more than a 20 LPA package in campus placement, which will undoubtedly improve over their tenure.
Out of the 103 students who participated in the IIIT Ranchi placements 2021, more than 50 were placed. Furthermore, during the 2021 placement drive, the highest and average packages offered were INR 20 LPA and INR 7.2 LPA, respectively. 34 students from the CSE branch were placed out of the total number of students placed. Leading companies such as Capgemini, Cognizant, Comm Vault Systems, Deloitte, HCL, Infosys, and TCS were among the top recruiters of IIIT Ranchi in 2021.
Now that the problems have been resolved, the hostels are reassuring. There are well-furnished flats, better than those found in any government institute. So, if you're willing to join us here, you will not be disappointed.

I chose this course because I love computer science and programming. The faculty here is good and supportive. The faculty are from IITs and NITs qualified. The exams are two times in a semester that is mid and end-semester.

Being an ECE student at IIIT Ranchi the curriculum is quite good and you get exposure to various subjects since the beginning of 1st year like Computer Science, Electronics, Maths and Engineering Physics, and Communication Skills.
The content in each subject is good and helps you understand many things.
The faculty here is well qualified and expert in their subject . All the faculty members are IIT and NIT graduates with deep knowledge and help in understanding the subject better. You can approach them anytime if you have a doubt about their subjects.
You also get exposure to electronics and computer lab sessions which helps to understand practical use of knowledge.

The faculty are here so much more friendly. Some of them try to act like a professor but they are not. Some of the professors are very good and even they take the time to solve our doubts in their cabin. They support students in every aspect. They are good in every aspect.
We have two teachers for physics and one for CSE.

The curriculum is not at all hectic you mostly have time to study and develop new skills. There are subjects like electronics, electrical technology, computer programming, maths, etc.
All the faculty members have Ph. D.s in their field and all are from IIT and NITs.They are very approachable and supportive.

As we know course curriculum is not very relevant to placement you have to develop your own skills.
Faculties are good and experienced.
Exams are held timely and you can score enough by studying one or two weeks before exams

I have chosen the Electronics and Communication Engineering branch. The faculty-to-student ratio is nearly 1:25. All the professors are Ph.D. graduates and are the best in their respective subjects. The term exams are organized in perfect time intervals.

I chose the electronics and communication branch in my college with my interest in hardware engineering. The faculty members are very supportive and also every faculty member has done phd in their subjective fields.
