Ans. If the candidates have accepted the PhD admission offer and they want to withdraw their admission later, then the following policy will be followed:

• If withdrawal from the program is done within the stipulated date mentioned in the offer letter, then an amount of INR 49,000 will be refunded after a deduction of INR 1,000 towards administrative processing charges.
• If the withdrawal is done after the last date is over, then no refund will be made.
• If a candidate withdraws in the middle of the program or leaves it incomplete, the commitment fee with the Institute till that date will be forfeited.

Ans. The documents to be submitted along with the application form are as follows:

• Copy of the latest exam score certificate.
• Attested copy of all the academic mark sheets and certificates
