Master of Technology [M.Tech] (Instrumentation and Control Engineering) From University of Calcutta, Kolkata

You must apply for the programme online only on the University website.

You should open the page to M.Tech. Admission to Apply Online and click on the ‘Click here to register’ link at the bottom of the Login form.

If you are a new user of this online system, you will have to register yourself on the website by creating Account with Unique Username and password. This Username / password is very important for all further transactions.

You must then proceed filling in the form from ‘Personal’ page to Payment info’ page, one after another. You cannot jump to a particular page of the form without filling in the previous page. You also need not fill the Form in one go, you can save the filled up Form and complete it later.

Uploads: You must upload the following with the Application Form:

• Scanned photo (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) preferably in jpg/jpeg format and size less than 20 KB.
• Scanned Signature (Put your signature on a piece of paper 6 cm x 2 cm) preferably in jpg/jpeg format and size less than 20 KB.

Application Fee: You must pay the Application Fee of Rs. 200 for general category and Rs. 100 for reserved category through either of the following ways:-

• Online payment through Internet Banking /ATM cum Debit Card/ Credit Card
• By cash deposition at any State Bank Branch.

Once you fill all the details, click on the “Submit” button. You should then take a print out of the Application Form.

Your registration process is now complete.

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time M.Tech Program should have passed Bachelors degree in the relevant stream from the recognized University.
