9. Transfer Certificate (TC) /Migration (original). In case of TC issued outside Kanpur district, it must be countersigned by the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS)
10. Character Certificate (original)
11. Certificate of Medical fitness/ undertaking of medical fitness
12. Five passport size recent coloured photographs of the candidate
13. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) (for OBC issued on or after 1st April 2016) (if applicable)

Aspirants seeking admission to 4 Years Full-Time B.Tech Program must have passed 10+2 in Science with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of the Board of High School and Intermediate education, U.P. or any other examination recognised by the executive for the equivalent by Govt./ AICTE.
