The course curriculum is the best. If you study well, you will become a very good lawyer or a judicial magistrate. Its guaranteed.
TCS and UPCC are companies that offer internship roles during the course of study, which is best for all students.
Placements and job opportunities are very good and favorable for the students. As we can see, this year, students of IIT BHU got placements with packages worth 3 crores, while someone received a 1 crore package. Yes, my college also provides internships.
The campus provides us with paid internships and placements, so I can confidently say that BHU is one of the best colleges to rely on without any hesitation.
There are chemistry, botany, geo, etc. labs for practicals. The labs are quite interesting. The university has its sports board organization which selects students based on their talent and provides intra-competition nationally. The environment is very beautiful with trees around, peacocks, and some animals.
The hostel structure of this University is very good because the campus is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers.
It is the worlds best university with the best lecturers and faculty in the world.

My course is being run as per the recommendation of DEVI, but to be honest, our syllabus is outdated and the poor quality of teaching has put us in a pathetic condition. However, thanks to YouTube, it helps us a lot. Exams are conducted every 6 months (semester exams).
Campus placements are not great at Banaras Hindu University because I havent seen any companies for campus placements.
From the fourth semester, students become eligible for campus placements, but this department has the worst record.
The fee is very low and hostel charges are also very low. Therefore, I believe there is no need to take out a loan for the purpose of studying.
My house is near, so I do not use the hostel. However, I always see students complaining about the food there, yelling about it being stale and third-class with no taste

Career Prospects of pursuing MBA at IM-BHU

Placement Experience:

Placement season starts around 3rd semester (2nd year) at most by November. Companies like IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Genpact, ICICI Bank, L&T, KPMG, Mahindra, SBI MF, Writer corp, and Yes Bank are among the major recruiters. The average package this year has been 11.3 lpa while the median package is 10.3 lpa with the highest package of 35 LPA by UNIQLO.

Remarks:

Admission into IM-BHU requires aspirants to appear COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CAT) conducted by IIMs followed by applying online at the BHU Online Admissions Portal. Shortlisted candidates would then be required to appear in Group Discussions and Personal Interview Rounds before qualifying for Slot booking if eligible. The cutoff remains around the 80-85 percentile for General Category along with reservations for other categories. The deadline for filing the forms generally is on the day of the result declaration of the CAT exam.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also quite good in our college. From the third semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Institute offers students great Placement opportunities with an average package of around 9-10 lakh. During 2020-2022 batch placements, A total of 169 students were placed out of 174 participating students with the Highest package offered at INR 18 LPA and an average package offered at INR 9.7 LPA. As per the latest placements of batch 2022-2023, a final year MBA student bagged an annual package of INR 35 LPA by the company named fast retailing Co. Ltd. Uniqlo, the leading retail group of japan. The top companies that visited our college for placements include- Infosys, IBM, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, DHL, Yes Bank, IDBI Bank, Genpact, etc., and profiles offered like- Consultant, Assistant Manager, Analyst, Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager, Management Trainee, etc.

Remarks:

Final Admission to MBA and MBA IB Programs of the FMS BHU made on the basis of Combined Merit of CAT score(50%), Academic record(20%), and Group Discussion & Personal Interview(30%). Candidates other than SC/ST have required to secure a Minimum of 50% marks at their Qualifying Examination. For SC/ST Candidates at least 45% marks are required. Interested Candidates are required to appear in the CAT examination Conducted by IIM for the corresponding Year. Registration for CAT is open from August to September on the CAT website. Candidates are also required to apply separately for admission to MBA/MBA IB Programs of the FMS, BHU through (www.bhuonline.in). Online Application Submission is live from 3rd October to 3rd January. The Application fee is Rs 2000/- for other than SC/ST and Rs 1000/- for SC/ST to be payable through online for the Application Process. After Shortlisting Rs 2000 to be payable online or Demand draft as processing fee for GDPI communicated through GDPI call letter

Institute of Management Studies

Placement Experience:

Placements are provided in the institute, last year 95% of students were placed with the average package of 9.7 lakh which I believe is not bad. The highest package was 18 LPA. Companies start visiting in the third semester.

Remarks:

The admission process is not tough though. You have to appear for CAT, the average cutoff is 85 percentile but it goes down later. After CAT you have to fill out BHU's separate admission form. After that personal interviews and Group discussions will be conducted. Final merit will be made based on academics + CAT + GD/PI.
