Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time Ph.D Program must have

• Bioenergy and Biofuels (2): M.Tech Biotechnology OR M.Tech. Energy/ Green Energy Technology/ Nanotechnology/ Environmental Engineering with B.Tech in Biotechnology with at least 55% marks in qualifying examination.
• Materials for Energy Conversion and Storage (6): M.Sc. Physics/ Chemistry (with allied Mathematics at BSc level)/ Materials Science OR M.Tech. Energy /Green Energy Technology with B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics with at least 55% marks in qualifying examination.
• Solar Thermal Energy Technology (2): M.Sc. Physics OR M.Tech Energy/ Thermal Engineering/ Green Energy Technology with at least 55% marks in qualifying examination. Solar Photovoltaics (2): MSc -Physics/ Material Science OR M.Tech Material Science/ Nanatechnology /Energy/ Green Energy Technology with B.E /B.Tech in Material Science /Electronics Engineering with at least 55% marks in qualifying examination
