College have a aircraft for the students of aerospace, the best part was the lab has one MIG-27 engine
Class rooms , lab facilities, and sports facilities provided by the kiiy university is excellent
The north Indian food served here is delicious and Also, the south Indian Breakfast.
I like the education system of kalinga and every faculty try their best to teach us.
The best thing I like about our university is the ambience the infrastructure.
Affordable fee with best teacher to teach make you understand.everything.
The area is very beautiful and you'll get all the required things nearby.

Dislike

The course structure is pathetic because, in the final semesters, they offer optional subjects. However, you cannot choose anything on your own due to the absence of faculties to teach them.
This is a very expensive college, and people who study here have to pay from their pocket or take a loan.
Companies like Amazon, SAP, Bosch, and Deloitte come to campus, but dont just go with the names. The competition is fierce among 6000 students for around 200 jobs in these companies.
Scholarships are provided if you rank in the top, which is very difficult, and no scholarship is provided otherwise.
The mess food is terrible; there are no separate kitchens for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Placement is the one thing for which the college is known; otherwise, the administration is very poor and the decision-making capacity of the higher authority is worst.

Insight to KIIT University

Placement Experience:

Placements are 100% here. You start off from your 6th semester. But since it's 100% please don't sit and expect that you'll just get into some place, give your best aim for a good company with a higher package. But as for backups, you can easily get into some companies. 98% of students get placed by the end of the 7th semester. Plus you can do honours courses and MBA after your degree as well. Microsoft was the highest package during my time with 33L/pa

Remarks:

There's an examination for admissions called KIITJEE, according to your rank you'll be allowed to put down your course preferences and you get to know if there's availability and if you qualified for the course. The admission process seems pretty simple and less complicated. Just needs to be clear with what ranking and numbers the student get to decide which course he/she prefers.

Placement Experience:

KIIT has a record placement of 100% for CSE students every year. This year also 5 student bags package of 52 lakhs per annum. and the average package is 6.06 lakhs per annum for CSE students, the average package is 8.02 lakhs per annum. Every year 1500+ students get their dream company. and many of them get multiple job offers.

Remarks:

Eligibility is 10+2 with PCM with a minimum of 50% marks in PCM. on their official website, we can find the application form ( www.kiit.ac.in). Yes, there are reservation criteria for sc, st, and EWS. The admission process is very smooth all things are systematic and all the faculties are very helpful and they are very kind.

Great college great future

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Btech in cse because I love to deal with computers and software and the placement of CSE student are pretty decent. There is a mentor system in kiit there is 1 mentor for every 50 students. Some of the mentors are very good some are not that great.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 175000 per year

Remarks:

So for BTech in any branch you need to be from a science background and the minimum mark needed for the entrance is 65% marks in class 12. We can apply for the form by going to the official site of kkit which is kiitee.ac. The kiitee exam is pretty normal if somebody has studied they can easily crack it.

Placement Experience:

6th semester around 300-400 companies visit with job offers of around 5000 The highest package offered by yugabyte is DB 52 LPA. The average is 6-7LPA for the profiles of SDE, Data analyst, Business Analyst, Consultants, and Associate Engineer. around 90-95 % of students got placed. Working in the corporate sector.

Remarks:

Should have 60% in 12th or diploma for lateral entry with PCM or computer engineering in diploma respectively. The application form can be found on KIIT official website. The application is free of cost. Every till march one can fill out the form. There is only a reservation for girls, PWD. More clarity on the no of seats in each course.

Internship is now Easy

Placement Experience:

In general Campus, placements begin from the 6th semester onwards and continue till the 8th semester. 400+ Companies visited KIIT like Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, Delloite, Yugabyte, HighRadius, and TCS, with 5000+ Job Offers. The Average Package varies between 6LPA-12LPA, many get above that too. The Highest Package offered was 52Lakhs in 2022. 92% of students have palced to date and about 45% placed in Day-Zero with many in Dream Companies.

Remarks:

Candidate should have passed 12th Standard from any Education Board or Council with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics took together on and from 2020-2022. The Application form can be found on the official Website of KIIT. Reservation for SC is 15%, ST is 7.5% and 3% for Physically Challenged.

Memories Of KIIT.

Placement Experience:

From semester 7 onwards students become eligible for campus placement. There are multiple companies that visit KIIT e.g Deloitte, IBM, Autodesk, Razor pay, Amazon etc The average package at this campus was 8 lakh and the highest package offered was 39 lakh per annum. Almost 100% of students get placed.

Remarks:

The admission process of KIIT is somewhat similar to other colleges. First, you have to apply on the official website of KIIT Kalinga Bhubaneswar then upload the required documents and submit the form they have an application fee of 1000 rupees. After some time they conduct an admission test in which the cutoff would be around 80%. If you qualify they will call you for counselling. I don't see any improvements required since the process is very smooth.

Kiit university review

Placement Experience:

The placement record of the college has been decent this year with an average of 7LPA and the highest of 50 LPA. But the return on investment is not great so you need to work hard for good placements.

Remarks:

Admission is done through kiiteee exams for which anyone who has cleared the 12th exam can appear. The exam is conducted in an online proctored mode. There are no application fees for the exam. The admission process is smooth after you clear the exam.

Btech in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

KIIT provides the best campus placement to its students. And all the blue chip companies and MNC companies 1st come to our college because of the academic quality of the college. so KIITS provides 100% campus placement facilities to it's students year by year.in our time from the 6th sem we were eligible to seat in placement interviews and the college gives pre-placement training to all of it's students to ensure 100% placement every year.

Remarks:

Eligibility is 12th in the Science stream. The application form was available online and I submitted the application form for JEE entrance exam. I am a general student so I didn't avail any reservations. Admission was done through online counseling which I found very easy and convenient for everyone.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester 3rd year. 100+ companies visit for placement drive at kiit and more than 2000 students get placed every placement season. The highest placement for the year 2022 was 52 LPA. The average placement for CSE was 14 LPA. Kiit promises 99 per cent placement to the students. My plan is to get a decent placement and try for higher studies abroad.

Remarks:

Kiit takes admission through kiitee its own entrance test. The test is of 380 marks and the cutoff generally goes 200 + You can find the application form online on kiitee website or kiit website. The application form is absolutely free and the exam takes place in 5-6 phases. The application starts from the month of January - February and goes in different phases up to April. There are reservation benefits, but not known to me. The admission process is quite lengthy and takes a lot of waiting periods between the exam and the admission process. Kiit also takes admission through jee scores.
