Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) is a state university situated in Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir. It was established by an Act of Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Act No. XVI of 2002 and recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in various disciplines. Admission to same is done on the basis of university entrance and national level entrance exam scores.
