Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% marks in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) from a recognized university. Final-year appearing students may also apply on a provisional basis.

To be eligible for admission to the M.Sc. program, the candidates must score at least 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA in B.Sc in relevant disciplines.

NIT Warangal M.Sc. Selection Criteria

Admissions will be based on the candidates’ scores in JAM. The counseling will be conducted in the name of Centralized Counseling for M.Sc/M.Sc (Tech) admissions to NITs and CFTIs (CCMN).
