I think there should be a separate curriculum for M.Sc students because we have to study the same subjects as B.Tech students, which are not useful for us and do not help us in any aspects.
The internship facility at NIT Rourkela is very poor and not satisfactory when compared to its NIRF ranking.
In almost all cases, (100 in some cases), almost all of the students got placements this year. The past is equally good.
Also, there are fee reductions for financially poor students. Additionally, you can obtain an education loan from the college.
The sports facility is poor; there are only grounds and courts for sports. There is no coach available, except for a swimming coach. Therefore, nobody in college dies.
The hostel food was not good at all. I tried eating from outside, but the hostel rooms were good and well furnished with all facilities. The only thing I hated was the hostel food, which had the worst quality.
All positive remarks are there, but there are a few negative remarks for the behavior of the official staff in this institute. Not all, but a few behave very rudely, and in a few hostel messes, the staff also show a lot of attitude.

Because I'm interested in this course and I want to explore the subject. 24:145 is the ratio of faculty and student ratio. The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable too. they help in every step whenever we need them.

There is a great likelihood that you will be placed after you get to school, and all you need for a higher placement are essential abilities. Placements often take place in the seventh semester, as you can see from the statistics from the previous years.

The whole curriculum is very well. Since electrical engineering is interesting I choose it. A total of 125 students are there in this. faculty are highly qualified most of them are passed out from IITs and they are flexible with us. There are 2 sems per year there is mid and end exams for a sem.

Students become eligible for placements from the seventh semester for placements in B.tech and the third semester in M.tech. Companies visited and offers made: NITR attracts a wide range of companies for placements, some of them are well known like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, etc. For circuital branches, placements stats are very good, around 22 lakhs average for CSE, 18 lakhs for ECE, and 16 lakhs for EE. The highest package offered was 89 lakhs off-campus and the on-campus highest package was 53 lakhs. 12 students got more than 50 lpa from on-campus placements and 200 students got more than 20 lpa. The percentage of placements for the electrical and electronics branch is 99%.

Placements in my college are descent of all branches and on-campus placement is there, students become eligible for placement from 7th sem and many offers were made last year by more than 200 companies.

The campus placements are very good. There is a hike in placements each year. Students become eligible from the 5th semester for the campus internship and placements in the 4th year. All the Faang companies have visited the college campus and have recruited students. Mostly 97%get placed in each branch.
