Dislike
- There is no focus on research, and they dont let you choose your electives.
- They do not provide any internships. A few training courses are conducted, but they also charge a huge sum of money for them. It is truly regrettable.
- The placement ratio is not up to the mark; our last batch ratio was not good.
- If someone is unable to pay fees, they are not allowed to give semester exams.
- Even the teachers have poor pronunciation skills, which makes it difficult for an outside Odisha student to understand.
- The food was equally terrible, and if you are a vegetarian like me, then you would probably want to die.
- I give negative remarks about the management. The management always fools the students. If students go to the management regarding some problems, then they say, This is your problem without even trying to understand the problem.

Placement Experience:
After the 6th-semester students become eligible for placement. Wipro, Infosys, HCL, siemens, cognizant, wells fargo visited for campus placement. The average package we got is 3.5 lakh per annum. The highest package got is 6lpa through Siemens. Almost 55% of students get placement. My plan after getting a degree is to get a job first.
Remarks:
I got admission through jee main. I don't have any reservation benefits. First, there is a jee main counseling in which I got my mechanical branch. The admission process and documentation are online which is very good. Although soft copies of documents should be submitted after 10 days of the online process.
Placement Experience:
From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement many companies used to come such as Amazon, cisco, pwc, tcs, wipro, cognizant, and many more companies come for campus placement. The highest package is 45 lakhs whereas the lowest pakage is 4.5 to 5lakh. more than 95 percent of students get placed. My next plan after getting the degree is to become a politician.
Remarks:
The admission process was very smooth. Students can take admission from ojee, cget, jmain result. Applications are available on the college website. I choose computer science and I got admission on the basis of ojee. The process needs to little bit fast.
Placement Experience:
During the 7th and 8th sem students become eligible for placement. The placement is good. Companies like Amazon Accenture Cisco Cognizant Infosys Comviva PWC come for recruitment. Almost 90% of students with average careers get placed easily. This year's highest was given by Cisco.
Remarks:
The admission process was good and smooth. They need your entrance exam results sheet (Jee or CGET). Eligibility is low just scoring around the 60 percentile in JEE Main. Application forms and Fee structure will be provided in the admission cell and college website also.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As I wanted to do something related to the merchant Navy so then I decided to do this course which is BTECH IN MARINE ENGINEERING this course includes information about ship construction, ships machinery, engine performance reading .etc. Student ratio: to be honest only 8 male students are there in my batch. Faculty members are experienced chief engineers and captains who sailed for more than 40 years. Term exams are hard and we practice old sets of exam papers to get good marks in exams.
Remarks:
Yes, I gave ODISHA jee exam .which was enrolled with the college. All dates I found were already mentioned in the timetable and slot list which was given by Jee. Yes, I would like to change the management system of this University and to avail more staff for better arrangements.
Placement Experience:
Only those who have cleared 3rd year and admitting into 4 years can sit for campus placement. Many companies visited such as Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and most high packaged cisco as it offers a 17L per annum package which is the highest compared to all companies as a network administrator. About 90 per cent of students get placement. My plan after getting my degree is to do job in Cisco
Remarks:
I gave jee mains exam and got admission into this college. There is a separate exam to get admission into this college but we can get admission through jee mains exam. the application form will be available on the CGU website. All Reservation benefit form is available on the CGU website again. no improvement in the admission process is needed.
Placement Experience:
.From 5th-semester students eligible for campus . Names of campuses are - Bosch, Tata steel, Maq software and other companies . The minimum percentage for placement is - 75% (without fail in any paper) . My plans after getting the degree go to a good placement provide by our university

.Eligibility of the course is 10th pass .i find the application form on the college website (C. V. Raman Global University) The benefits of my colleagues are good placement and a good career for a student .The admission process is very easy
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course because it is very unique and it has a lot of opportunities for government jobs. For agriculture, there is a 1:6, faculty-to-student ratio. Everyone has done their Ph.D. and some of them are gold medalists in their college. Some teachers teach through the PPT and some by dictating notes. The course is very vast and lengthy, exams happen twice in one semester i.e. mid-sem and end-sem. But it is very easy to pass the exam.
Remarks:
You should complete your 12th in science with a minimum of 50% marks in 12th. There is an entrance exam conducted by the university, you can fill out the application form on their official website. I took admission in management quota and I gave 30000 as a donation i.e. extra from the college fees. I think there shouldn't be any donation charges.
Placement Experience:
Many companies like Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, cognizant, Bosch, etc. minimum of 30 to 50 companies visit every year. The highest package is 18 lakh, the average package is 6 lakh and the lowest package is 3 lakh. Atleat 70-80% of students got placed.
Remarks:
You can take admission through jee mains exam and CGET exam, you can give 4 times conducted by the college or you can also take direct admission by coming to the admission cell of C.V RAMAN GLOBAL UNIVERSITY. You can find more about it at www.cgu-odisha.ac.in.
Placement Experience:
The placement record is good, as on campus this year the placement went to 17.5 LPA and on campus, it was 45 LPA. So taking about placement if you will practice more and more you will get placed. But in case you are not selected, you can try off campus, and the best part that is freelancing. This is another choice based on your hobbies. 90% of the students get placed especially in computer science.
Remarks:
You are eligible only if you have appeared in JEE Mains or in the OJEE examination. I found the application form online, after contacting the admission cell and I got the number of the cell from the official website of C V Raman Global University. After contacting them through the cell, they have responded to me through my mail, and further information is provided through that. They should provide a list of documents received by the college after final admission because they sometimes require the same papers even after the submission. So, after providing that final receiving of papers it can reduce the problems.
Placement Experience:
Few Good companies who come to take campus recruitment are Amazon, Byzu's, Cisco, Flipkart, FIS, PWC, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc. and there are 40+ companies offering. Highest salaries offered are 6 students with 17.5lac/year placed at CISCO. The median salary is 4.5lpa. Percentage of students placed - 80% After getting degrees, I see my future to get some good off-campus MNCand lead a good career
Remarks:
First, you need to wait and recieve the seat allotment letter. Elegibility of the course relies on the JEE mains All India Gen Category ranks(For Gen and OBC), and some SC/ST concessions. After that the OJEE will publish a notice on when and where to report to produce required documents for admission confirmation. All the required documents will be mentioned in the seat allotment letter itself. The application fees may vary different years depending on the OJEE board. I took admission in 2021 batch through JEE mains so it took me 10,000 to fill the application fee. Then you are required to report physically (or online in case of covid protocol) at the college itself within stipulated date and time. The admission incharge will submit a copy of your documents along with the 1. School leaving Certificate, 2. Transfer Certificate and the 3. Charectar Certificate along with 6 passport sized photos. The college provides TFW(Tution Fee Waiver) facility to the female student of Odisha.

The admission process is quite easy. I took a CGET exam and then got passed. I got the rank 1078 out of all and I qualified for admission in this college. Then I submitted all the documents and fees with some other non-refundable fee.

the admission process is pretty simple you have to visit the college's official website and the eligibility criteria is to get above 70 to 80persentile in jee or you have to crack your own college exam CGUT and there is the perfect way to get an admission that's it
