Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students hold a 2:1 degree in law or computer science, although they will consider candidates with a 2:2 based on their overall and individual module performance.
- Candidates with relevant experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Indian Students Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a bachelor degree in law or computer science with 60% from a recognised institution.
- Applicants having a degree with 55% are also considered based on their overall and individual module performance.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Applicants from non-European countries who seek an international degree at Swansea University require a student visa. Once the student is accepted by the university, he /she should apply for a ‘short-term study visa (for a duration of fewer than 6 months)’ or ‘Tier-4 (General) student visa’.
- The application needs to be made through the UK Embassy or UK High Commission at their place of permanent residence. One must apply for a visa 3 months prior to the commencement of the course.
An applicant needs to pay the visa application fee before applying for a student visa and submit the following documents:
- Acceptance Letter
- CAS Number (Issued by the university)
- Proof of Financial support
- Passport
- Evidence of English Language Proficiency, if required.
- Once done with all the formalities, schedule and attend the visa interview.
