- Master of Law in International Law at the University of Nottingham is a 1-year program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- This program is also offered on a part-time basis for a duration of 2 years.
- The LLM program allows students to choose from a wide range of modules that relate to international commercial law, European law, criminal justice, human rights law, and general public international law.
- Students are taught in small groups where possible, allowing for an open, interactive learning experience.
- Students get dedicated resources including legal skills advice through workshops and one-to-one sessions.
- In this course, students will complete a minimum of 90 credits of specialist optional modules. The remaining 30 credits can be chosen from the optional modules available on the LLM program.
- Students will also undertake a 60-credit dissertation.
- Each module involves one two-hour seminar a week, supplemented by private preparation and study.
- Students gain real experience by applying for internships and placements through our faculty placements scheme.
- The Hallward Library is situated adjacent to the School of Law. It provides the Law collection of approximately 60,000 books, law reports series, journals, microfilms, and more to the students.
- About 90.5% of postgraduates from the School of Law secured graduate-level employment or further study within 15 months of graduation.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, usually in a relevant subject area. This should be equivalent to at least a UK ‘Upper Second Class (2:1)’ or ‘Lower Second Class (2:2)’ degree.
- Students from Indian Universities should score 60% in Upper Second Class (2:1)’ or 55% in ‘Lower Second Class (2:2)’ degrees. These are the college minimum scores and particular departments may seek grades at a higher level.
- Applicant should hold a GPA of 3.0 (Upper Second Class) or 2.6 (Lower Second Class) out of 4.0 or hold a GPA of 6.0 (Upper Second Class) or 5.5 (Lower Second Class) out of 10.

- TOEFL: minimum 90 in ibt
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
