Studying this MA in Philosophy will hone the ability to think clearly and logically, and develop your writing, research, and analytical skills. Students will study texts from different periods and philosophical perspectives, including works by Plato, Friedrich Nietzsche, Michel Foucault, and Hannah Arendt; and students will investigate contemporary debates on environmental aesthetics, consciousness, global justice, emotion, and morality in politics.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a UK bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computing or a related discipline, or relevant industrial experience.
- Students without a bachelor's degree will need to study a module from the Postgraduate Certificate in Computing (K22) to demonstrate their ability to study successfully at the postgraduate level.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL or PTE to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 3 or 4-year bachelor's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Complete the degree from well-ranked institutions with an overall grade of 60% or CGPA 7/10.
