Chemistry with Management Studies is offered either as a three-year BSc or as a four-year MSci. The first two years of study are identical, so students can defer which to opt for until the end of their second year. We advise students to select the four-year MSci programme initially as this keeps more options open.
The chemistry content directly follows that of the Chemistry BSc programme. Students will be exposed to the full breadth of chemistry with an emphasis on developing core chemical skills. Students will also take modules in mathematics appropriate to their prior qualification, together with further optional modules.
The Management component of the course takes up around 25% of the whole programme including a range of compulsory modules in years 1, 2 and 3.
Upon successful completion of 360 credits, students will be awarded a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with Management Studies.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students should have an AAA grade level from a recognized university. Chemistry and one of Biology, Physics or Mathematics required.
GCSEs: English Language at grade C or 5, plus Mathematics at grade B or 6.
Students must have 38 IB scores,18 points in three higher level subjects including 6 in Chemistry and 6 in one of Biology, Physics or Mathematics, with no score lower than 5. For Mathematics, the program will accept either 'Analysis and Approaches' or 'Applications and Interpretation' at a higher level.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Successful completion of one year of a Bachelor's Degree at an Indian university recognized by UCL, with an average grade equivalent to UK Upper Second Class.
The Year 12/Standard 12 Indian School Certificate awarded by CISCE or CBSE with five subjects at 90.

Visa nationals and non-visa nationals whose program of study lasts for more than six months must not attempt to travel to the UK without a valid student visa.
