- This research project will illustrate new design strategies to synthesise ambiphilic molecules that contain both electrophilic (Lewis acidic) and nucleophilic (Lewis basic) sites that may be employed as catalysts in catalytic hydrogenation, dehydrocoupling, cyclisation, hydrosilylation, hydroboration and carbon dioxide utilisation reactions.
