Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of The West of England is a 3 years program.

The program focuses on the relationship between occupation and health and wellbeing and gains the contemporary, evidence-based knowledge and skills students need to establish themselves as occupational therapists.
Students gain a strong theoretical grounding in occupational science, anatomy, physiology, and psychology and learn about occupational therapy approaches and roles.
Students will learn through a mix of campus-based learning, including lectures, workshops, case scenarios and practicals, and occupational therapy placements.
Assessment takes through a mixture of written assignments, professional practice placement assessments, and oral and poster presentations. There will be an online exam and a Structured Oral and Practical Examination (SOPE) too.

Academic Eligibility:

UCAS Tariff points: 128
GCSE: Grade C/4 or above in English Language or Literature and Mathematics, or equivalent.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:

Students should have a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (Standard XII) from boards such as CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects.
Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree.
Students should hold a 70% score in the English Language in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
