Students will be taught in the new state-of-the-art School of Engineering designed to revolutionize the way engineering is taught.
In this course, students will tackle real-world issues through live projects, and learn to take risks as they develop solutions in state-of-the-art labs.
Students have to attend regular presentations from visiting professionals to gain an inside track on industry challenges and opportunities.
Assessment takes place through a mix of coursework, assignments, and exams.
Learning takes through lectures, seminars, tutorials, laboratory work, case studies, and mini-projects, with a mixture of group and individual activities depending on the subject area.
Students will learn in well-equipped electronics, control systems, and embedded systems laboratories.
University has a strong relationship with Rolls Royce, NPower and smaller local consultancies. They provide computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering work placements.
Students could go into a career designing electrical and electronic systems, working on consumer technology, or solving engineering problems for communications and power generation/distribution companies.

Academic Eligibility:

GCSE: Grade C/4 in English Literature or Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:

Students should have a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (Standard XII) from boards such as CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects.
Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree.
Students should hold a 70% score in the English Language in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
