Bachelor of Science in Integrated Wildlife Conservation at the University of The West of England is a 1-years program.

It provides a progression route for graduates of the FdSc Integrated Wildlife Conservation degree, which is taught at Bristol Zoo Gardens and gives students unique access to the zoo's facilities and expertise.
The degree explores wildlife conservation issues at local, national, and global levels, mixing theory with practice.
The course offers a wide-ranging curriculum taught through lectures, seminars, and tutorials, and complemented by laboratory investigations, case studies, workshops, and fieldwork.
By the end of the course, students will be well prepared to work with national and international conservation organizations, or ecological consultants such as Wildlife Trusts, The Woodland Trust, and other non-government organizations (NGOs).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students should normally hold an HND or Foundation Degree (or equivalent) or have successfully completed the equivalent of 240 UK credit points (120 ECTS credits) in a related subject discipline.
GCSE subjects: Grade C/4 in English Literature or Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:

Students should have a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (Standard XII) from boards such as CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects.
Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree.
Students should hold a 70% score in the English Language in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
