Master of Science in Transport Engineering and Planning at the University of The West of England is a 1-year program.

Throughout the course students will acquire the knowledge and skills transport engineers and planners look for in potential employees.
The learning and teaching method includes
use a variety of teaching methods including lectures, seminars, workshops, fieldwork and laboratory work, debates and discussion, teamwork, presentations and external visits.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students require a first degree of 2:2 honours or above from a recognized university.
The course is generally suitable for graduates of degrees from any academic background, but particularly engineers, scientists, mathematicians, statisticians, geographers, planners, and economists.
Applicants who do not meet the normal entry requirement, but who do have relevant professional experience or qualifications are eligible to apply for the program.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:

Students have to complete a 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Students must complete a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate – Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB: English Language with 70%. This qualification must have been completed within the last three years.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
