University of Gloucestershire psychology degree is accredited by the British Psychological Society, and so is students’ first step towards becoming a chartered psychologist working in areas such as forensic, health, and clinical psychology.
In student's first year they’ll cover the core conceptual frameworks in psychology, how to investigate psychological questions and ways that psychology can help us in everyday life. In student's second and third years they’ll choose from a range of specialist topics – from the psychology of forensics and wellbeing to gender, sexuality, and cognitive neuroscience.
Students have recently investigated psychopathy and brain activity, psychological issues around eating disorders, animal therapy, and motivations in physical exercise. Students will use specialist facilities in University of Gloucestershire psychology laboratories, including electroencephalogram (EEG) equipment to measure brain activity, and virtual reality facilities to investigate how environments shape thoughts, feelings, and behavior.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission.
Students are required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
In addition, they also accept International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 26 points or Advanced Placement International Diploma with an average of Grade 3 or above for entry to undergraduate programs.

Indian Eligibility:

Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate/Indian School Certificate/Standard XII with a minimum of 65% from CISCE and CBSE boards.
To meet the University of Gloucestershire’s English language entry requirements, international students will need to have taken an English Proficiency test of IELTS/TOEFL or any equivalent test.
