Become a multi-skilled games programmer, by getting hands-on and making real games from students' years of study with a course designed and delivered by industry professionals. Games aren’t made in a vacuum – students will work alongside Games Design students to create worlds. Students will develop their games programming knowledge of gameplay systems, rendering pipelines, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and procedural content generation.
Developed by industry veterans, this course gives students the skills and an edge in the competitive world of video game programming. Students mentors have a combined experience of over 30 years in the games industry, having worked on AAA franchises including Crysis, Star Wars: Battlefront, Prey, Sniper Elite, Aliens vs Predator, and Bioshock.
There’s also the option to undertake a year’s work placement within the games industry as part of students’ study. Games Programming students have previously undertaken placement with games studios like Unity, Sumo Digital, Team17, and Neon Play.
Students can also opt for a 3-year full-time study program or a 4-year program with a foundation year.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission.
Students are required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
In addition, they also accept International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 26 points or Advanced Placement International Diploma with an average of Grade 3 or above for entry to undergraduate programs.

Indian Eligibility:

Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate/Indian School Certificate/Standard XII with a minimum of 65% from CISCE and CBSE boards.
To meet the University of Gloucestershire’s English language entry requirements, international students will need to have taken an English Proficiency test of IELTS/TOEFL or any equivalent test.
