- Civil Engineers are responsible for the design and implementation of a wide range of infrastructure, energy and construction projects. The focus in these varies, from consultation and advisory to contractor-based work.
- The BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering degree is designed to enhance career prospects by helping students to develop and demonstrate a sound grasp of civil engineering principles in both design and contracting.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- 2 A levels at grade BC or above Including Maths, Physics or Technological Studies
- English at National 5 or equivalent is recommended
- Alternatively, the completion of an NC in Civil Engineering or Foundation Apprenticeship Civil Engineering
- Entry for the Graduate Apprenticeship will be considered on a case by case basis
- Applicants with other relevant qualifications or experience will be considered on an individual basis
