The course, designed for both graduates and HR professionals, has a strong emphasis on understanding the links between theory and practice, taught by an experienced and research driven team students will also attend guest lectures from renowned HR professors, develop skills in metrics and analytics with practitioners, residential activities, and have the option of integrating a 6 month work placement into the learning.
If students would like a more graduated approach to undertaking study there is also the extended 15 month version of the course.

Following are the requirements for this program:

Middlesex University Business School normally require a second class honours degree or above, not necessarily in the business
Applicants without a degree who have practical experience in personnel work will also be considered, but students will need to demonstrate their ability on the basis on courses already attended, references supplied, a 2,000-word essay and an interview
Part-time students should be currently employed or have past experience in posts with significant personnel-related responsibilities.
