Embry-Riddle Asia Partial Scholarships
Embry-Riddle Asia Partial Scholarships is a competitive scholarship program consisting of several scholarship awards offered by the university. The awards range from 3,000 -14,000 SGD for undergraduate and 1,500-14,500 SGD for graduate students per year.
- Selections are based on the applicants academic merit as demonstrated by high GPA and SAT/ACT exams score.
- There is no separate application required for Embry-Riddle Asia Partial Scholarships; each student is evaluated based on application for admission.
These awards are only available to admitted students. Thus, Students must be admitted into a degree-seeking program of study to stand a chance at receiving the scholarship. After the offer of admission, application details will be sent to qualifying students.

Eligibility Criteria
Embry-Riddle Asia Partial Scholarships are open to all undergraduate and graduate applicants fulfilling the following requirements:
Undergraduate Applicants
- Possess a secondary/post-secondary GPA of 3.00 (4.0 scale) or higher.
- Possess a pass certificate at the “A” Level examination with a minimum grade of B or higher for two subjects taken at the advanced level
- AND/OR Possess an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB) with a total score of 32 or higher.
Graduate Applicants
- Possess an undergraduate CGPA of 3.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale, and/or
- Possess an ATCA (Air Traffic Control Association) Scholarship Program for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs to Aviation Students and children of Air Traffic Controllers.
Embry-Riddle Asia University is quite stringent about the eligibility criteria. Only students fulfilling the above requirements will be considered for the scholarship program.
Application Process
There is no separate application required for the scholarships; each student is evaluated for scholarships based on a completed admission application, including submitting official SAT or ACT exam scores during the admission process.
Selection Process
The selection for this scholarship is based on an applicants’ overall strength of his/her academic performance and application materials when compared with others in the entire applicants’ pool.
Grant Details
The scholarship is only awarded to high-flying and highly qualified students enrolling in Embry-Riddle programs at ERC Institute and Singapore Aviation Academy. The awards and financial aids also available under this category include
- ATCA (Air Traffic Control Association) Scholarship Program for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs to Aviation Students and children of Air Traffic Controllers.
- SkillsFuture Study Award for Air Transport Sector offered through the CAAS at up to 5,000 SGD (3757 USD).
- Bank Student Loans – shop for the best rates. Where eligible students are required to present their Embry-Riddle – Asia admissions letter and signed ERCI student contract to the banks when applying for the loan.
- Embry-Riddle Asia Family Grant – where siblings attending Embry-Riddle simultaneously on a full-time basis will each receive 2,500 SGD as grant every academic session. Students should note that this grant will be discontinued for a student still enrolled in the school if his/her other sibling completes or leaves the University.
- COVID-19 Enhanced Institutionally Funded Scholarship Program available to new students who are enrolling for the July, October, January, and March terms. This award ranges from 5,000 SGD to 14,000 SGD for undergraduates and 2,500 SGD to 14,500 SGD to new graduate students.
