ANU College of Business & Economics International Partnership Scholarship

ANU College of Business & Economics International Partnership Scholarship is offered to students who wish to study at ANU College of Business and Economics. It applies to UG programs at ANU College of Business and Economics.

  • 10,000 AUD is offered to the recipients of the ANU College of Business and Economics International Partnership Scholarship.
  • A total of 12 awards are given under this scholarship.
  • The award will be paid to the recipient in equal installments.
  • External applications must be submitted.

This scholarship is offered to support diversity, continue engagement with its recognized partner institutions and to strengthen educational outcomes for students.

Eligibility Criteria

To receive the ANU College of Business & Economics International Partnership Scholarship, students must meet the eligibility requirements listed below:

  • Must be an international student.
  • Must have applied for UG program at the ANU College of Business and Economics or
  • Current student of ANU College of Business & Economics or
  • Must have graduated from an approved ANU College of Business and Economics partner program and institution; and
    • achieved excellent scores in their final years of schooling at an approved CBE partner program and institution.

Ongoing Eligibility Criteria

The scholarship is renewable for 2 years provided the recipient:

  • Required to enroll in a full-time load of 24 units.
  • Must maintain a 65% weighted average mark (WAM) each semester.

Note: If a recipient fails to do so, a warning letter may be sent to their email account. Also, there is a risk of losing the scholarship award for the next semesters.

Although, they will be given a chance to explain their performance and how their performance can be remedied.


Application Process

There is no application as students are automatically considered based on them meeting the eligibility criteria or conditions prescribed under the Eligibility section.


Selection Process

Selection Committee is chaired by the Dean of the College and two academic staff members from the College.

The selection for the ANU College of Business & Economics International Partnership Scholarship is based on academic merit (including a test to study in Australia) and scholarship application.

The recipient may be requested to participate in publicity for the award and can be contacted for an interview and photograph.

Note: It also reserves the right to make no award no suitable candidate of sufficient merit is found.


Grant Details

International students who pursue higher education in Australia at ANU College of Business and Economics can apply for this scholarship.

  • Students must pursue the UG program at ANU College of Business and Economics.
  • Recipients will get an amount of 10, 000 AUD (renewable for 2 years)

Terms and Conditions regarding ANU College of Business & Economics International Partnership Scholarship:

  • Recipients of this scholarship cannot hold any other award or scholarship.
  • They must accept the award in the semester for which it is awarded.
  • The College may also vary the number of awards in exceptional circumstances, based on the standard of applications and where funding allows.
  • ANU College of Business & Economics International Partnership Scholarship is terminated if:
    • Recipient withdraws or ceases to attend the University.
    • Fails to enroll, or fails to maintain ongoing eligibility as required.
    • Changes to part-time enrolment without permission
    • Changes their program outside of the ANU College of Business and Economics without permission.
    • False or misleading information is provided by the recipient.
    • Violate academic or behavioral standards set by the discipline committee.

Recipients are responsible for seeking taxation and Centrelink advice regarding their situation and it is their responsibility to find accommodation for themselves.
