The Munich MBA Scholarship supports future MBA aspirants with special professional achievements. Funded by Munich Business School itself, the scholarship offers financial aid in the form of tuition fees waiver.

The overall tuition fee for an MBA degree at Munich Business School is 32,000 EUR which is to be paid in two-semester installments or 12 monthly installments. The Munich MBA Scholarship awarded is against this tuition fee awarding a reduction of 5% to 25%.

Eligibility Criteria

Students applying for the Munich MBA Scholarship have to fulfill the admission requirements of the MBA program at Munich Business School. Along with that, a student must also satisfy other eligibility conditions required for the scholarship award.

Applicants must fulfill the following admission requirements:

Completed a bachelor’s degree with an equivalent German GPA of 2.5.
A minimum of two years of professional work experience after graduation
Must have managerial and leadership potential, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of maturity and motivation
Fulfill the English language skills through exams such as TOEFL or IELTS
Willingness to be an MBS Ambassador at various trade fairs or events

Applicants are required to provide justification and proof of achievements during professional life that can be considered at the time of awarding the scholarship.

Application Process

Applicants are first required to get an admission at Munich Business School in the MBA program. MBA accepts MBA admission applications on a rolling basis.

Applicants for the Munich MBA Scholarship do not require any additional application. They are required to complete the admission application and submit a personal statement (with the keyword "MBA Scholarship") and convince the committee with their suitability of the award.

Selection Process

Students are selected for the Munich MBA Scholarship based on their overall performance in the academics and once the application has been received, the applicants are then called for an interview.

Grant Details

Munich MBA Scholarship is awarded by the Munich Business School to international students who want to study in Germany. 5% to 25% of tuition fee reduction is awarded to students with good academic excellence.

Terms and Conditions

There are no significant terms and conditions of the Munich MBA Scholarships. Candidates, however, have to satisfy the following requirements to apply for the Munich MBA Scholarships :

Applicants must be holding an MBA offer or wish to pursue the same at MBS.
Only full-time enrolled students can apply.
This scholarship is only a tuition fee reduction. Any remaining fees have to be paid by the student.
Munich Business School reserves the right to request any additional information for the admission decision.

The number of Munich MBA Scholarships is limited and therefore applicants are recommended to apply early. MBS also provides assistance with information about the other scholarship options to study in Germany available, and whether they are supported by the government, banks or other foundations.
