Smurfit Graduate Business School offers MBA Entrepreneurial Scholarships to a candidate who brings the most genuine creativity in business. The scholarship of 50% fees for an MBA is funded by Smurfit Graduate Business School, Dublin.

The scholarship is awarded every year and is meant for those who are residing in Ireland.
Students should be enrolled in a full-time MBA or Executive MBA.
They must have excellent GMAT scores to become eligible for consideration.

Candidates must submit applications along with a business plan before April 30, 2023, to be considered for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must secure admission at Smurfit Graduate Business School, to be considered for MBA Entrepreneurial Scholarship. Apart from that, applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria given below:

Should be a resident in Ireland.
Must enroll for Full time or Executive MBA at Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Must have a GMAT score or above :
- MBA FT : min GMAT 600
- EMBA: min GMAT 520 OR Executive Assessment (EA) 149 and above).

Application Process

After seeking admission to one of the MBA program, the applicant has to submit a business idea detailed in about two pages. The institution clearly states that the most creative business idea is awarded under the scholarship program.

The business ideas are considered on a rolling basis and analyzed for the scholarship on a first-come-first-served basis. Hence an early submission business idea is highly recommended.

Selection Process

Selection will be done on merit paired with a holistic review of their MBA application. The creativity and innovation in business that displayed on the two-page will be considered for the selection.

The recipient of the scholarship will be notified about the same. A selected student has two weeks' time to accept the offer.

Once the applicant accepts the scholarship offer, 50% of the amount of the fee is credited to his/her fees account as the course starts.

Grant Details

Smurfit Graduate Business School offers an MBA Entrepreneurial Scholarship of 50% tuition fees to reduction one student who presents the most creative or innovative business idea.

A student must be enrolled either in an Executive MBA or a full-time MBA at Smurfit Graduate Business School.

The recipient has to participate in co-curricular activities.
He should be an all-rounder at the Campus.
He will also be a brand ambassador for the institution as well as for the scholarship.

Terms and Conditions regarding MBA Entrepreneurial Scholarship:

Maintain attendance and status of full-time students to continue with the scholarship.
Cannot be clubbed with any other fee grant/scholarship.
The scholarship will not be deferred to a later date.
The scholarship committee’s decision is final in every respect related to scholarship issues.
