Internship opportunities

Remarks :

Eligibility - JEE mains, 12th with PCM. Application form:- BCECE website publishes an advertisement for guac counseling every year. Improvement in the admission process:- maybe less documentation would be better.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose information technology cause it's the sector with a lot of jobs. In my branch, we have 5 teachers for a batch of 40 students, the no of teachers in other branches is more than in it branch. All the faculties are well qualified. Most of them are graduates or postgraduates from iits. They teach excellently if a student shows interest.

Internships Opportunities :

Here we don't have many opportunities for paid internships, if you have the potential you can grab one. But the college department provides unpaid internships for the students if asked. You will be asked to make a project of your choice like web development or app development ai- ml, etc.

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for campus placement after the 5th sem. A lot of services and core companies visit here like Alstom, TCS, HCl, Infosys, etc. Alstom offered 7.2 LPA to 15 students. Last year more than 50 percent of the students were placed. The placement is 100% in its branch. I am planning for higher education.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees here are very low, as compared to other colleges, apart from the mess fee and hostel fee it cost around 50000 for the whole four years, but the hostel fee is 14400/year and the mess fee is 3760/month. If you are from reserved category you can get free accommodation and scholarship in 2nd year. There is also some post matric scheme for the reserved category. But if you are from unreserved category then there is nothing for you.

Campus Life :

There is an annual Techfest called Techriti organized every year in the month of April. Students from all over the state of different colleges participate in it. The library is huge it has all the best and avg books on each subject. The college buys the newest edition every year. Books for competitive exams like gates are also available in the library. The classroom is equipped with all new technologies. Labs are well with all instruments at their best.

Hostel Facilities :

The college provides a hostel to each and every student from the first year. But each year you have to change and move to a new hostel, in 1st yr it has a 4 bedrooms, in 2nd yr it has 3 bedrooms, you can get a single room from the 3rd year. You will get a bed, table, chair, fan, and light in the room.

Students become eligible for placements from their 6th semester. Mass recruiters like TCS, WIPRO, and Infosys visit for on-campus placements. Other companies like Alstom and startups have also done hiring. Almost 60-70% of students get placed While others choose to appear for the Gate examination and go for higher studies. The highest package offered is 33lpa and the average package is 3.5lpa. I have planned to go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

I am aiming for a good placement at the end of my course. Some of the students of MIT get starting placements of more than 10 lakhs per annum from each batch. I am preparing in that direction. Some of my friends are aiming for the GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

After 2 years or 4th semester, the students of all branches become eligible for campus placements. A number of companies are visiting our college like TATA, Wipro, Reliance, etc so many offers are available for the students which is dependent upon the students how much they grab the offer. The highest package is 15 to 18 lakh and the average package is up to 8 lakh which depends on the company and it is increasing or decreasing year by year. 85 per cent of students get placement per year. To get a private job or prepare for a government job.

I have an interest in the IT sector that's why I chose the following branch. The faculty is very good and term exams are also held timely. The student ratio is not good but overall this is the best engineering college according to location.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this college because of this in my state. And easy to travel to, it is the best college in my state. Here professors are well educated, not knowing about everyone's degree but some teachers did their graduation from IIT or NIT. The student ratio is 40:20.
