Remarks :

Admission is provided through the VITEEE examination. The application is available online you can apply through www.vit.ac.in once you applied the exam dates are released soon and you will be having the option to book your choice of slot to give the exam the application fee is less than 1350/- there is no reservation. Selection is purely merit-based.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is up to the mark. There are lots of opportunities for the computer science engineering branch at VIT. When it comes to placements you will be given prior compared to other branches so I choose it besides having an interest in it. The faculty is too good and well-qualified and always ensures that students are able to follow.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 402000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Vit promises all its student's placements in establishing MNCs and start-ups. By July the hiring companies arrive on campus with offers to fulfill the dreams of the students. some projects are the development of stable machinability, the design of flexible triboelectric wearable pulse sensors, etc.

Placement Experience :

From 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Companies like Google, amazon, Facebook, and 900+ companies visit VIT every year almost every student is placed. Some students opt for Ms. and some get placements in college after ug.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are 5 categories of fees according to your VITEE rank you will be allowed to the category in the counseling. Category 1-200000 PA category-2 - 300000 PA Category-3 - 400000 PA category -4- 450000 PA category -5- 500000 PA 75 percent fees wavier - under 50 rank 50 percent - under 100 rank 25 percent - under 1000 rank Nearly 1000 companies visit VIT every year you will be having lots of job and internship opportunities.

Campus Life :

Two annual fests are conducted Rivera a cultural fest in the month of February and Gravitas a technical fest in the month of October. Almost every book is available at the library which is popularly known as the central periyar library. Every classroom is well-designed. Tournaments are conducted where students from vit participate in nationals.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are up to the mark. But I suggest taking AC rooms as Vellore is a bit hot in summer. Fees vary according to the type of room you pick 1/2/3/4/6 bedded. You are given the option to change the mess every month. Registration for the hostel is first to come first service in the first years and on CGPA in the next years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because this is less competition and more opportunities. I wanted to work in a field where I can be seen easily, without much competition. The faculty in this college are any other like other colleges they let you by yourself, and they provide notes. Teachers can improve themselves and provide knowledge to students. Exams were of no interval we have to study daily and the exams it was a headache.
