Deepak Kumar's Review On CMR Institute Of Technology - [CMRIT], Bangalore | collegedunia.com

Honest

Remarks :

I took comedk exam and based on the rank you would be assigned your college. The counselling process was conducted in Banglore.. you can find the application form on the comedk website you can fill the form and according to the rank you will select...

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose information Science. I was looking for csc but unfortunately, my rank was not that much so I decided to go IS ... the faculty is just the same as in other places. but overall faculty is good. the ratio is fine.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost of a study depends on how you took admitted if you took through comedk your fees in b/w 2-3 lakhs per year and for kcet students its 1-1.5lakhs per year ... scholarship is provided only for Karnataka students by the Karnataka government...

Campus Life :

The annual fest is a culture usually conducted in the months of May or June. The library of the college is very good it contains many books. There are many clubs in the college technical and non-technical... the parking area is very huge .. they provide all types of sports.

Hostel Facilities :

In the hostel they provide single, double and triple sharing beds it depends upon you what you want ... The food is good .. overall its good. they provide wifi one study table, bed. according to the bed, they charge hostel fees.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good in our college but if we need placements our cgpa should be more than 7 or else it is difficult to get placement on the campus. If our cgpa is more than 7 we can easily get placed in a campus interview.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took mechanical engineering because I like to study engines cars and machinery. Faculty members of the mechanical engineering block have nice behavior toward students and they are supportive. Internals exams will be once a month and after three internals we have to give externals. As the college is under VTU...It is difficult to pass exams.
