Yash Shukla's Review On Dayalbagh Educational Institute - [DEI], Agra | collegedunia.com

The managing life at Dayalbagh

Remarks :

The admission process was quite simple and straightforward. The eligibility for the course was graduation from a recognised university. It had an entrance test, a personal interview, and a group discussion. All this information was intimated on the college's site. Reservation is available on various grounds.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very apt and up to today's industry expectations. I cherish this course because of its various challenges and the life lessons it provides. The faculty here is highly experienced and supportive. The ratio is also quite adequate. The teaching method is good and exams are frequently conducted.

Internships Opportunities :

There are many projects being conducted and students form teams and indulge in teamwork to improve their associativity and various other skills. And there are many on-campus and off-campus internships provided to students which pay students to work with them and gain experience.

Placement Experience :

Various internships are offered on and off campus where students can quickly gain experience. Then by the end of the course, there are various companies that offer job opportunities to students in multiple posts such as management, hr and various other things. The packages are from 3 lpa to 7,8 lpa and may vary.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is very minimal. Scholarships are provided to students on various grounds by both government and college, The cost of studying is meagre. And the output is very high. The students are given various assistance to complete their studies.

Campus Life :

Life at the campus is kind of mixed. People with their own objectives can say different things about the college here. There are quite a few fests being conducted here. The library is very good and ample. It has many exciting books. The classrooms are spacious. The amenities are pretty enough for us. Sports and extracurricular activities are being conducted on a big stage. The physical fitness of students is being cared for.

Interview Experience :

The entrance exam was very moderate and the candidates could easily pass it. The topics of the gd and the interview were related to current affairs and the needs of the daily world. The test patterns had logical and language tests. I prepared for these tests through past year papers and YouTube.

There's 100% placement this season but it's not mandatory that every student will get placed. You need to work hard for getting placed but you get all the help from the institute for your successful placement.

Students become eligible for the summer internship placement process with the commencement of their courses. All students are shortlisted and selected for internships during placement week. After completion of internships, students become eligible for final placements. All students get placed during the final placements week. The details of the highest and average packages, profiles and companies are mentioned in the placement report on the official website. After completing my course, I wish to work as a Marketing Manager in a prominent MNC.

from the 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements. companies like ADP, Darwin Box, Capegemini, Volvo, Birlasoft, and MARSH. As I am an Engineer in the field of Mechanical Engineering so I want some more companies related to the automobile sector. The industrial visit should be there as the college does not take students of PGDM to such industrial visits which are necessary. The highest package was 23Lakhs and the average was 11Lakhs. 100% of students got placed in the 2021-23 batch.
