Remarks :

The Eligibility of the course is that one needs to score 75% or above in their 12th board exams and also one needs to score a good percentile in the JEE (Mains). One can find the application form on the website of JAC Delhi. One needs to pay a sum of Rs.500 as their application fees and the application dates are usually out once all the attempts of JEE (mains) and JEE (advanced) are done. There is a special reservation for the Delhi students i.e., a 75% reservation quota for the Delhi students. I am not from Delhi but I got admission into DTU through the ST reservation quota as I belong to the ST caste. I think that the 75% reservation criteria for the students of Delhi should be scrapped off as this would give equal admission opportunities to the Outside Delhi students as well.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum of Chemical engineering is quite easier as compared to other branches like Electrical engineering, ECE, etc. The faculty members here at DTU are quite supportive as well. Most of the faculty members of CHE here at DTU have done Ph.D. either in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. It is quite easy to pass the exams if a student has paid attention in class and has studied properly for 1 week just before the exams.

Internships Opportunities :

The campus internship opportunities here at DTU are quite hard to get. All the big multinational companies come to offer internship opportunities here at DTU. E.g., Google, Microsoft, Adobe, etc. The highest stipend offered last year was Rs. 105000.

Placement Experience :

The placement stats of our college is quite good. From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many big multinational companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Adobe, etc. visit our campus for placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are quite mediocre if I frankly speak as per year the fees get increased by a sum of Rs.55000/ approx. as according to the fees hike policy of DTU. But if a student has some financial issues it's obvious that the student gets certain scholarships and even DTU too helps such students.

Campus Life :

Campus life is quite chill here at DTU. The annual fest of DTU is called 'Engifest' which is held in the mid-week of February every year. The Tech fest of DTU is called 'Innova' which is held just before the conduction of Engifest. There are bunches of social groups or societies for the students run by the students here at DTU. I am in the music society of DTU 'Madhurima'.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are quite mediocre as well. Every basic requirement is provided in the Hostel room here at DTU. The mess food is quite medium as every hostel. Only the Outside state-category students are provided with hostels here at DTU.

Descent college in IPU

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible by the end of the third year. Students have been placed in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Myntra, and Hotstar but the number is less. On the other hand companies like Josh(10 LPA), Hashdien(8 LPA), and ZS associates(7.93 LPA) regularly visit the college. Almost 90-95 percent of students get placed for sure. Some opt for higher studies and other plans. Highest Package: Microsoft (41.86 LPA). Average Package: 7 LPA. My plan is to pursue a software development job after my degree in an MNC.

Computer Science at Gtbit

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the computer science branch as it is the most demanding branch in recent as well as for the future. There are 66 students in total in the class. Classes are divided into two batches for the lab. All the faculties are well qualified and most of them are Ph.D. holders or pursuing Ph.D. Well-supportive teachers can even ask your doubt personally when they are free. Exams are on time as it is followed by the notice from the university and you can pass the exam if you are a little attentive in class Or if you studied the important topics provided by the teachers.
