Remarks :

I have taken admission through the college's own website, as due to covid 19 there were restrictions for going out, and hence the college has provided an online admission process. There were no such entrance tests or similar things. Students can take direct admission using the portal.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am pursuing CA course and hence I also want to complete my graduation so I am pursuing this course. All the facilities are good and teaches nicely. As there is semester pattern conducted by the university there is 2 semester per year.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 18000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The Fees of this course differ from college to college. Generally, it is a very affordable course such that all the students can easily pursue it. During the 3rd year of the course, the students are required to complete 60 days of internship training.

Campus Life :

The college has many annual functions and programs that are held during the year. The college library has many good qualities of books. College also held many extracurricular activities for the students like sports, events, camping, etc.

Faculty at Pillai's College of Arts, Commerce and Science

Placement Experience:

Students who are pursuing their degree and are in their last year are eligible for campus placement. Many companies have visited and made offers such as ICICI Lombard, BSE, Sutherland, Motilal Oswal and so on. Many students are successfully placed at great companies from these campus placements. Placement Experience:

As I am new in the college so I don't from which semester students become eligible for campus placements but yes there's placement. One day I was roaming in the college and somewhere I saw the poster for a 32 lacs package and I think this could be the highest package offered by the companies. 70-80 per cent of students can get placement. When I will get the degree I work in the banking sector for 1 year then I will work as a self-employed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose that course because in the future I have to do MBA so graduation is compulsory and I found this course easy. The faculty members are so supportive and understanding. They understand students' problems. And their teaching is also so good and understanding. There is always revision before exams of every subject. The student ratio is also good like in one class there are more than 100 girls. And yes it was easy to give exams and even pass the exam. Because the teacher used to tell every single important thing in class and use to repeat so it was very helpful.

college with lots of fun

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course because I thought along with my degree study I can learn many other things that can give a boost to my career and apart from that the main reason was financial problems. I personally think the faculty was okay. teachers were not that good and students were not able to understand what teachers were teaching. the student ratio was 130-150 students per class which I think was not appropriate. my opinion about teachers was not that great. I personally was not a fan of their teaching and half the time teachers were confused related to their subjects. I absolutely didn't like the teaching methods of teachers except for a teacher. the exam was not that difficult to pass and mostly half-yearly exams are conducted every 3 months of the cirriculam.

Placements opportunity are provided in our college from the 5th semester. Companies that had been visited in our college were TCS, Mahindra, Cipla and many more. The average package provided or offered by companies is 4 to 5 lakhs. Around 70 percent of the students get placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen the courses as per my interest. The facility is good but would be best if they help in some other ways to arrange and guide the way. The exams are always timely conducted but there is difficulty passing, them due to the student's fault for not studying well for exams and not attending lectures on time.
