Remarks :

I have written jee mains exam for admission to this college. Reservation is based on caste, gender and state of domicile. Jee mains is too hard to crack but we have good seats in good colleges if we secure a good rank in them.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I am interested in electronics and passionate about it. Facilities are highly qualified and are very friendly and helpful to the students. The qualification of the faculty is a PhD and their teaching is awesome.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 130000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many companies give opportunities to students with a decent package. Internships were also given to students in the 3rd year. Companies like Samsung and Oracle etc offer jobs for the students with good packages.

Placement Experience :

From the 5th semester onwards the students are eligible for the placements. Placements are very good here with almost 90% of the students getting placed with an avg package of 13 lpa. The highest package here is 63 lpa and the lowest package is 5 lpa. Almost 90-92% of students get placements here.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is 63k per semester for academics and the hostel fee is,6k per month. The hostels are good with nice infrastructure and are available for both boys and girls within the campus. Students are eligible for scholarships like NSP and FFE.

Campus Life :

RAGAM is the cultural fest conducted here in the month of March and TATHVA is the technical fest conducted in the month of October. A huge central library is available for the students. Sports and other co-curriculum activities are also encouraged. There are many technical clubs and cultural clubs.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are very good with good infrastructure. 1 Room is given for every 2 students provided with one fan and table and chair with 2 cupboards. Mess food is also good here and students can eat in any mess they like. Registration for the hostel is done at the time of joining.

After 3rd year, one becomes eligible for placements. Around 89% of students got placed the previous year. The highest salary package offered is 38 LPA. The recruiting companies are Amazon, Bajaj auto, Big Basket, and Accenture. The highest salary package offered on campus is 67 LPA in CSE. Engineering in NITC

Placement Experience:

Placements start in the fourth i.e. final year of engineering. So many companies like Oracle, Deloitte, Accenture, etc have visited so far. The package varies from 6Lpa lowest to 33 LPa highest. Till now,60% of students are placed. I am planning to get a job after my degree.

NIT Calicut Experience

Placement Experience:

Students in 3rd year are eligible to apply for internships and later can accept the PPO after the internship. Full-time job roles are for 4 year students. Considering all departments the average package is around 8 lakhs and the highest package offered in production engineering is around 36 lakhs. NITC is keen on beating the target for placements every year.

Internship: Introduction to placement

Placement Experience:

From semester 7, students are eligible to sit for on-campus placement. Very big MNCs visit our college and some of them are Google, Amazon, Meta, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, and many more... Every student who sat for placement is placed with an average salary of 20LPA in the Computer Science Department in the 2022 year. The placement percentage is 100 for CSE 193 companies visited and 1143 students got placed with an average salary of 12.58lakhs and 95.45 percent of students are placed in college. The highest package is 67.62 LPA.
