Manipal's Pros and Cons

RM
6.8 /10

Remarks :

The admission process was simple. In law, you can admit through clat exam or MET (Manipal Entrance test) or without both of these. Forms and everything is uploaded online or you can visit the college administration Reservations benefits are not pretty highlighted The admission process is simple. No extraordinary things needed

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course to pursue my career. The faculty is good and the ratio is 6:60 every subject has its own faculty members and lecturer Some are lawyers, engineers highly qualified faculties are here and have great experience and teaching skills Every 2nd month there is a mid-term exam and papers are pretty moderate

Internships Opportunities :

Internships, many companies offer to students mostly they are small and unknown but can provide you with better opportunities for that and to make you skilled and to perform well. Law firms and companies come to offer the internship Projects are like petition filing, pleading and drafting stuff

Placement Experience :

From the 8th semester i.e 4th year we are eligible for placements AZB partners and Amazon etc are companies who provide placement offers Highest package in law: 42 lac The average is: 5-7lac The percentage and ratio is 85%.. out of 120.. mostly 90+ are placed

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

If you are studying in a college like MUJ, then you have to be rich to get a degree in 4-5 years because the fees are actually high but you can get placement too which can reimburse your fees too. Aditya Birla scholarships, TMA pai scholarships, and many scholarships are available to avail

Campus Life :

Cultural fest, law fest, celebration fest..many functions take place there and every month one function is fixed to happen The library is so huge that you can find any book in all 3 libraries Classrooms are smart with boards and projectors Sports and other co-curricular activities are also praised There are many groups like in the Law there is a legal aid clinic, lexlogical club etc

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose LLB because I want to be a lawyer. The faculty is fine , they are easily reachable and friendly. Students are mostly interested in politics. The teachers and their teaching styles vary a lot but if you'll show effort so will they. If you won't they also will leave you to be. Exams are always taken after May and it is not easy to score well in a professional course and the faculty won't help you with that either. You need to study seriously if you want to score well for passing just purchase the Bable series.

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester, the students are eligible for placement and the companies visit there are partners, Amazon some legal firms, and the national highway authority of India. The highest package received by a law student is 42 lakhs and the average package is 3 to 5 lakhs. Out of 120 students, 90 + students get placement by the college itself.

Placement Experience:

Placements are average. But I don't see any campus placements. About 165 companies have offered placements in this college. The average package is 3lpa and the highest is 9lpa. Around 45% of students get placement. My plan is litigation.

Placement Experience:

The seniors are eligible for the campus recruitment process in which reliance came for placements and hired students at national and international levels. The highest package was 7 lahks per anum My opinion is about getting a quite comfortable package with some relief.
