Remarks :

For Aided students, we got through counseling. We got the application form through the email they sent to us when we got the seat that is when they took us in. Other people who join management can collect it from the CIT office. Like everywhere in our college also it is first come first serve basis if u reserve first and come at the time and date which is scheduled for you they will take you in. In our case we didn't reserve before as soon as we were eligible they took the selected and sent the application form through email and called us for admission. They split every student and called everyone according to their schedule which was pretty convenient because we didn't have the trouble of waiting the whole day and leaving our work behind, of course, we waited a bit since other students also getting their admission but we didn't wait so long. The admission process was so organized so there is nothing to change. We got to campus we submitted the files and proofs and some details.And we got in.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have a passion for Mechanical engineering so I chose this course. The faculties here are so nice to students usually faculties will come and teach and they clear some doubts and leave but in our college, they interact with us a lot. In our college, the faculties are well qualified and well trained for teaching. Since it is a great institute the faculties are also more knowledgeable people. For one semester they conduct 2 mid sem and final-sem question papers are taken like to test our knowledge, learning and remembrance, and some problem-solving. Preety is tough but they teach accordingly.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 29000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

In our 4th semester and 5th semester they asked us to go for an internship, they said we can go to our own interested companies or the companies for which they have references. And we should be doing a mini project in our 3rd year and a main project in our final year which is guided by our staff.

Placement Experience :

83% of people are getting placed every year and it is improving every year sometimes some downs. There is no problem with placements here staffs are working to make everyone placed here. I wanna get placed in my college itself.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Came through counseling and applied for a government scholarship and that is my financial assistance for the job still I am studying in 3rd year, and now only the companies will come and we will get placed in core and non-core.

Campus Life :

We have lots of clubs in our college accurately saying to date there are 28 clubs present in our college. Some clubs have sub-clubs which will increase the count. For example, Music club, Sports club, Arts Club, Dance club, Space club, Photography club, And we have a special Instagram account for students to post their confessions which is pretty amazing.

Cit has provided me with a great opportunity to explore the core fields of biomedical engineering through weekly hospital visits to Sri Ramachandra Hospitals, Apollo Hospital,Deepam Hospital.As well as i have visited Various healthcare companies like AMTZ Vishakapattinam phoenix Medical system Siemens Biovision medical system. I could seamlessly get placed in a well-renowned company named Stryker with a salary package of 8 lakhs. This was possible because of the knowledge I perceived during my core placement and training.

Value for money

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the students are allowed to attend the placement as well as allowed to attend the internship. Most of the my friend attend internship with stipend. Nearly 40 percentage of people got placed during this academic year. The recuriting companies are mobase electronics, pinnacle, vinisinfo, edveon, namalatech etcc. Highest package is 6 LPA Average package is 2.5 LPA.
