Pragati Varshney's Review On Gautam Buddha University, School Of Biotechnology, Greater Noida | collegedunia.com

Review for university

Remarks :

Make the investigation process as straightforward as you can. You will get hundreds of questions after you start the application procedure. All available channels will be used by interested candidates to contact you. telephone, social networking, and messaging services. It might not be possible to respond to every question. So, the key is to make sure the inquiry process is as easy to use and accessible as feasible. Think about adding a FAQ section and a step-by-step tutorial to help applicants navigate the application process easier.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Exams were not that much tough to score good marks. The exam pattern was intermediate. Term exams were always timely. Faculties were also very supportive and help the Students to resolve their queries. Strictness in exams and proper identification of students were done.

Placement Experience :

I got a placement from the university but I had different plans for my future. The placement was not that much good due to the lockdown. As Biotechnology is a very wide field. If you want to get a good placement in this field you have to work on your skills.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee was 70000 per year. I got no scholarships. The placements were not that good. One of the reasons for not getting the good Placement was the lockdown. Due to this we were not able to do an internship and did not even apply for offline placement. Stipend was not available for us.

Campus Life :

There were many clubs and social groups run by students for students example: Photography club, dance club, music club, etc. One club was to teach underprivileged children of workers who worked on the campus of the university. That is something I liked the most. Different sports are played.

Hostel Facilities :

I opted for hostels that were quite good. Hygiene was also maintained properly. Cleanliness was also there. Warden was also supportive but sometimes hostel's problems were not even reported. That was a major drawback.

Placement Experience:

The placements are not so high from BHU but still, there are many edtech companies and coaching institutes which are interested in bhu msc mathematics students. The coaching institutes like Allen, Aakash, and resonance have shown their interest in a placement. Most students in Bhu prefer to pursue higher education in mathematics like a PhD. I am also planning to pursue PhD in mathematics.
