Course Curriculum Overview :

Management from SJMSOM is General Management which gives an overview of the industry. 1:10. All the faculties are well qualified with PhDs from renowned institutes. The pedagogy revolves around practical cases from the companies The exams were timely.

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 750000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Roles offered by the companies include operations manager, Consultant, Supply Chain Manager, Marketing Manager, and many more with an average stipend of 3.3 Lakhs for 2 months. The projects are based on the role hired.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible starting from the 1st semester itself. The highest package offered is 50 Lakhs and the Average is 28.88 Lakhs. The record of placements in the college is 100%. To work in a renowned organization in the desired role and learn all the managerial aspects in the initial phase of my career.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The ROI of the institute is one of the best among the management institutes in the country. The fee hike is minimal. Other scholarships based on performance merit and loan assistance are available on campus.

Campus Life :

Name of the annual fest: Mood Indigo conducted in December. Central Library of IIT Bombay and dedicated SJMSOM Library. Comfortable classrooms with all the required amenities such as Projector, Screens, Board, Mic, Speakers, AC, Switch Points The sports facilities of IIT Bombay are world-class. All the clubs and committees including Placement Team and Admissions Team are driven by students.

Hostel Facilities :

All the required facilities like Cupboard, Bed, Chair, and Table are provided. The quality and taste of the meal are good and the menu changes every week. The registration process is smooth and very affordable. Powai/Ghatkopar.

Interview Experience :

I had PI as a part of the admission process where the interview revolved around work experience and hobbies. The process was conducted on the Gather platform and the criteria are available on som.iitb.ac.in I was prepared with my academics, work experience, current affairs, and hobbies.

Life at NITIE

Placement Experience:

Placement is one of the best things in NITIE because of its industrial presence and a long list of Alumni who passed out over the last 60 years there is 100% placement and the average package is rising every year. The packages were around 55 lacs and the jobs and roles offered by different companies were mostly in operations and supply chain roles. I am currently pursuing my course at KJ Somaiya College and I am very satisfied with the education I am receiving. The course curriculum is well-designed and up-to-date, covering all the important aspects of the subject. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced and the faculty-student ratio is very favourable which gives students plenty of individual attention and support. The teaching method is very effective which makes it easy for students to understand and retain the concepts. The term exams are conducted promptly and are not overly difficult to pass.
