Remarks :

Eligibility - 50% and above throughout academic years. The application form is released by the college through its website in April. There is an entrance exam that tests aptitude in English, numerical ability, general knowledge, and personal aptitude along with knowledge about human resources and psychology. Following this, the shortlisted candidates have to go through GDPI and then the final list of candidates is released.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Choose this course for a deep interest in human resources and development. Gives an all-round knowledge about the domain including all the roles involved. Chance to learn from industry stalwarts. 30 students and 11-12 faculty members Faculty members have their masters in Ph.D. in respective fields and have various methods of teaching including classroom lectures and practical experiences Term exams were held timely in November and the difficulty was moderate.

Internships Opportunities :

Lots of companies visit the campus for summer internships and offer various roles where students get to learn about the domain and get hands-on experience. It allows students to explore a plethora of roles and discover where their interests lie.

Placement Experience :

Sem 3 onwards students are eligible for final placements. A plethora of companies visit the campus during placements and make offers accordingly. The highest is 21lpa and the average is 17 LPA, the profiles offered are of hrbp, HR consultant, compensation and benefits manager, etc. 100% of the students get placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is 7 lakh for two years. Scholarship facilities are available for students who require financial aid. Internship stipends range between 80000-2.5Lakh for 2 months. There is financial aid for hostel facilities as well.

Campus Life :

Amenities in classrooms - AC, lights, fans, projector, whiteboards, tables, and chairs. JBIMS supports extra-curricular and sports and we are always engaged in competitions and case studies to hone our skills. It is a student-run college therefore we've many committees the students are a part of - CSR, PR, Placement, etc.

Interview Experience :

We have a group discussion. Statement of purpose and personal interview for the admission process and were marked out of 100. The break up of 100 marks is as follows: SOP-10, GD- 40, PI-50. The topic of GD was whether will AI replaces humans in the industry. I prepared for these through online sources, by staying up to date with the current trends and news of the time and industry.

Placements are top-notch in NMIMS Mumbai for the course of MBA Business Analytics, it is one of the best in the country. Placement Experience:

Campus placements are pretty decent at SCMHRD. Our college falls in the tier 2 category. The placement/summer internship process goes on for about a month and there is 100% placement. I've myself secured a job in an MNC

Placement Experience:

Placement is one of the best things in NITIE because of its industrial presence and a long list of Alumni who passed out over the last 60 years there is 100% placement and the average package is rising every year. The packages were around 55 lacs and the jobs and roles offered by different companies were mostly in operations and supply chain roles. There are other rules offered in the GEN man, marketing and finance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am currently pursuing my course at KJ Somaiya College and I am very satisfied with the education I am receiving. The course curriculum is well-designed and up-to-date, covering all the important aspects of the subject. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced and the faculty-student ratio is very favourable which gives students plenty of individual attention and support. The teaching method is very effective which makes it easy for students to understand and retain the concepts. The term exams are conducted promptly and are not overly difficult to pass. Overall, I would highly recommend this course and this college to anyone interested in this field.
