Saksham Agrawal's Review On Institute Of Rural Management - [IRMA], Anand | collegedunia.com

The best days of my life

Remarks :

First, cut-off was based only on the CAT score and after the interview a combination of various things such as Cat score, 10th, 12th, and grad score, Interview performance was taken into consideration to make a final call list.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is designed in a way to combine the merits of business management with rural development, with added subjects. the faculty is good and dedicated towards experiential pedagogy which helps us to connect with the real world in a better way.

Internships Opportunities :

Most jobs are provided in the sector of Agribusiness, Retail, Dairy, FMCG, CSR and development, Fintec, and BFSI, the roles offered initially are sales and marketing, relationship manager, and product manager.

Placement Experience :

A summer internship is provided by the college to every participant after the 3rd term. and campus placement is also available where the process is very transparent and the college is providing 100% placement for a long time. IRMAs placement figures are the most trusted among other MBA colleges, where the figures are mostly inflated, In IRMA no such practice is done.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

the fees are low when compared to the other B-schools in this league, and there are a lot of scholarships available especially for girls. The college offers 100% placement and has a consistent record regarding the same.

Campus Life :

The social life at IRMA is very vibrant with a lot of clubs working together to make every day very exciting. Milaap is the annual fest of Irma. Irma has one of the biggest libraries, and there are a variety of books available. there is a sports committee that takes care of all the sporting events, IRMA has a sports complex that has 2 badminton courts and a gym.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very nice, placements are provided once the student completes the final master year I.e. 5th year. After that, the student becomes eligible for placement. Many companies like Tata, Data consulting, reliance, etc. Have visited and got the best of their employees at this place. Most of the time 100% placement is offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is better than any course at Gujarat University along with that the teaching method of the faculty is very much good to understand. There is very hard to pass an exam and if you fail you are going to be detained for this particular year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is hectic and keeps you busy. But the faculty is amazing. Geniuses of the country surround you. 5 sections 90 students each. FABM students study with PGP students for the 1st year. Electives are chosen in the second year. All schedules are pre-decided. The whole curriculum is tough but there is relative grading and thus you can pass if you give your best.

Placement Experience:

The placement process starts from the time we join the campus. It is a cluster cohort system, with an aim of right fit for every student.. For first-year students after completion of Term 1, a Summer internship takes place, and for second-year placement start after 5th term. Many companies visit campus offering various profiles in Finance, consulting, marketing, IT, product management, real estate, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. 190 recruiters offered 220 offers during the last season. However, it is confidential to share the name of the companies. Highest package was Rs. 1.12 CTC, an average of Rs. 36.2 LPA in India. International offers had the highest package of $150,297. 100% of opted students got placed in the last season. My plan includes working for an MNC for 5-10 years and setting up a Startup. The highest
