There is no such eligibility for this course. You just have PCM in your 12th to have admitted to this college. There is an examination in this college while taking admission named CUCAT but it's optional. You can also have direct admission

Course Curriculum Overview :

As all know Computer science course is the most trending course so I choose this course and taking about the faculty of this college Majority of them either not have PhD degrees or are completing their PHD from This college itself

College provides some Internship opportunity. Last semester 2-3 company have come for internships and hire students till now many students got internships from our college and many outside colleges. So overall company comes here

Placement Experience :

The best thing about this college is that though it's a private college it gives a good placement. Many big companies like Google Microsoft Amazon and many more comes every year and hire students at very high packages.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are quite nominal if I compare them with other private colleges with the same course. Apart from this number of scholarships are also their from sports to jee main results and 12th result for everything scholarship are their

Campus Life :

Campus Life is really exciting and at Chandigarh University we get different exposures. This is the reason quite many students nowadays are having Chandigarh University as their first preference for admission.

Hostel Facilities :

I personally feel that at Chandigarh University the boy's hostel is much better than that of the girls. Now it's far much better for girls as well. They can come to the hostel till eight. However, boys can come to the hostel till 10 or even 11.

Placement Experience:

7th-semester students start having their tests and interviews for placements. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Apple, arcesium, JP Morgan, Airbus, Uber, Flipkart, etc. visit the campus. The highest package this time was 86 lakhs CTC to six students and the average package is 14 lakhs. Mainly they offer coding and finance-related profiles. More or less everyone who sits in the placements gets placed, the percentage is above 90. I also want to get a good placement in an MNC.

Yes, it's pretty good. I am mentioning a few companies which came for the 2022 batch listed below: DE SHAW GOOGLE INDIA MICROSOFT DELOITTE AMAZON FLIPKART but it all depends on your effort because studies are not so up to date and attendance criteria (75%).so you have to be pro in coding if u want to be in these top-notch tier companies.

Review to choose or not Chandigarh university

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from the 6th semester. More than 700 companies visit for placement. Cisco, Google, TCS, Wipro, Servicenow, Mykaarma, Amazon, and many more companies. Each company provides different types of offers. Offers start from 3.5 lakhs to 60 lakhs. It depends on the student's skill and knowledge which offer they take. Companies come for Software development, networking, front-end development, and so on. The highest package of last year is rs 63 lakh and the average placement is of 5 lakhs. More than 90 percent of students get placed. My plan after getting a degree are to get placed in a reputed company with the best package.
